Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) revises rules associated with the general information documents determined not to include ERCOT Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (ECEII) to make them available to the public on the ERCOT website. This NPRR also removes from the definition of ECEII the reference to the federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and removes antiquated or duplicative language related to Reliability Must Run (RMR).
