Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) creates a new requirement for Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) representing coal or lignite Generation Resources to submit to ERCOT a Seasonal declaration of coal and lignite inventory levels. The NPRR also adds requirements for the QSEs to notify ERCOT when coal or lignite inventory drops below target and critical levels.
