ReasonUpdates on the Market Management System (MMS) indicate that the two Settlement and billing informational calculations related to Point-to-Point (PTP) options contained in the above referenced variables will not be delivered by "go-live" of the Texas Nodal Market. No manual work-around is available for these functions. The Nodal Protocols should, therefore, be updated to reflect that this information will not be available until after "go-live" of the Texas Nodal Market.
