Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) establishes rules for and enables the integration of Self-Limiting Facilities into the ERCOT markets and core systems, as described in Key Topic and Concept #13 which achieved consensus support at the Battery Energy Storage Task Force (BESTF) and was approved by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) by email vote which concluded on April 3, 2020.
