Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) shortens the Default Uplift Invoice issuance timeline from 180 days to 90 days and allows ERCOT to use the best available Settlement data when calculating each Counter-Party’s share of the default uplift instead of True-Up Settlement data.
