Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies that an Emergency Notice is the type of communication that will be issued when ERCOT is operating in an Emergency Condition, that the issuance of an Operating Condition Notice (OCN), Advisory, or Watch does not mean that ERCOT is operating in an Emergency Condition, and it makes a few minor associated clarifications.
