Summary
Remove discrepancies between Section 16, Registration and Qualification of MPs, and Section 22 -- former Attachment H, now Attachment B, Standard Form Market Participant Agreement. The primary change is removing legacy references to individual Agreements that have since been consolidated into a single Standard Form Market Participant Agreement.
