ReasonDuring ERCOT Staff analysis of the settlement statement requirements it was discovered that "Voltage Support Service" and "Lost Opportunity Payments" were combined under one QSE Total. ERCOT Staff believes each charge type requires its own QSE Total in order for the settlement statement to reflect each charge type separately. ERCOT Staff created this NPRR for the purpose of transparency of the charge types.
