Summary
This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) clarifies that Intermittent Renewable Resources (IRRs), who remain synchronized to the ERCOT System but are not able to provide reactive power when not providing real power, do not have to notify ERCOT other than the Real-Time telemetered status.
