Summary
This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) clarifies that the issuance of an Operating Condition Notice (OCN), Advisory, or Watch does not mean that ERCOT is operating in an Emergency Condition, and it makes a few minor associated clarifications.
