NOGRR198  Alignment Changes for November 1, 2019 Nodal Operating Guide – NPRR939

This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) aligns Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) language in Protocol Section 6.5.9.4.2, EEA Levels, with the related Operating Guide Section 4.5.3.3. On October 8, 2019, the ERCOT Board approved NPRR939, Modification to Load Resources Providing RRS to Maintain Minimum PRC on Generators During Scarcity Conditions, which modified language in Protocol Section 6.5.9.4.2. Paragraph (6) of Nodal Operating Guide Section 1.3.1 provides that ERCOT can make changes to the Nodal Operating Guide to maintain duplicate language between the Protocols and Nodal Operating Guide.
