NOGRR186  Alignment Changes for March 1, 2019 Nodal Operating Guide – NPRR863

This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) aligns Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) language in Protocol Section 6.5.9.4.2, EEA Levels, with the related Operating Guide Section 4.5.3.3. On February 12, 2019, the ERCOT Board approved NPRR863, Creation of ERCOT Contingency Reserve Service and Revisions to Responsive Reserve, which modified language in Protocol Section 6.5.9.4.2. Paragraph (6) of Operating Guide Section 1.3.1 provides that ERCOT can make changes to the Operating Guides to maintain duplicate language between the Protocols and Operating Guides.
