Summary
This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) aligns the Nodal Operating Guide with changes proposed in Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 919, Exemption from Governor Primary Frequency Response Control for Certain Resources in Private Use Networks, that allows a Resource in a Private Use Network whose primary function is providing steam to a host, and is not participating in the ERCOT energy market, to be exempted from Primary Frequency Response service requirements. The Governor will still be in service, but may be allowed to be in pressure control instead of Primary Frequency Response control.
