Summary

This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) creates a new process for maintaining alignment of the Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) language between the Protocols and Nodal Operating Guides via “Alignment NOGRRs”. This NOGRR is in response to the 5/28/15 Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) decision that EEA language be maintained in both the Protocols and Nodal Operating Guides; and that a process be developed to ensure consistency.
