Summary

This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) aligns the Operating Guides with current practice by clarifying that "approved" as well as "accepted" Transmission Outages in the Outage Scheduler are utilized in ERCOT’s Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Auction at the time of building the CRR Network Model.
