LPGRR025 Model Spreadsheets for Flat Load Profile Types

ReasonThough a flat Load Profile Type has been in effect since Market Open, a Load Profile Model spreadsheet of such did not exist due to the simplistic nature of the Load Profile. With the approval of the BUSOGFLT Profile Type, Load Profile Model spreadsheets of the flat Load Profile Models were created to provide clarification.
