This Load Profiling Guide Revision Request (LPGRR) conforms the revision process for the Load Profiling Guide to Protocol Section 21 and other ERCOT market guides by: · Requiring that a LPGRR associated with an ERCOT project be assigned to the 'Unfunded Project List' unless the project can be funded in the current ERCOT budget cycle based upon its priority and ranking; · Providing specific guidelines for COPS to use when determining whether a LPGRR should be considered urgent; and · Proposing other formatting, stylistic, and administrative changes.
