LPGRR012  Process for Load Profiling Guide Revisions

This revision will replace the current Change Control Process in Section 2, Change Control. Specifically, this LPGRR: Adds an Impact Analysis requirement to Load Profiling Guide Revision Process. Allows the submitter to withdraw a LPGRR only before PWG issues a recommendation. Allows COPS to reject a LPGRR and notify TAC, rather than recommend a rejection to TAC. Clarifies that if PWG cannot reach a consensus on a LPGRR, COPS is required to resolve the issue. Requires ERCOT Board approval of LPGRRs with an ERCOT system or staffing impact. Authorizes ERCOT staff to implement Administrative LPGRRs. Outlines the process to appeal a decision.
