LPGRR008 Profile ID Assignment Effective Date
ReasonDelays in the Annual Validation transaction flow may cause transactions submitted in later months to be effective on an October meter read date. This would result in an excessive number of retroactive effective dates which causes increased differential between initial and final settlement.
