This administrative Commercial Operations Market Guide Revision Request (COPMGRR) updates the COPMG to reflect the changes proposed through Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 451, Implementation of New P.U.C. Subst. Rule 25.507, Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) Emergency Response Service (ERS), which was approved by the ERCOT Board on April 17, 2012. Changes are limited to updating references of Emergency Interruptible Load Service (EILS) to Emergency Response Service (ERS).
