COPMGRR004  Conforming Commercial Operations Market Guide to the Current Protocols and Other ERCOT Market Guides

This COPMGRR conforms the revision process for the Commercial Operations Market Guide to the current Protocols and other ERCOT market guides by: · Defining Administrative COPMGRRs and providing a process by which ERCOT Staff can submit them; · Requiring that a COPMGRR associated with an ERCOT project be assigned to the "Unfunded Project List" unless the project can be funded in the current ERCOT budget cycle based upon its priority and ranking (see Protocol Sections 21.4.7, Technical Advisory Committee Vote and 21.9, Review of Project Prioritization, Review of Unfunded Project List, and Annual Budget Process); · Providing specific guidelines for COPS to use when determining whether a COPMGRR should be considered Urgent; and · Making other formatting and stylistic changes.
