Change Control Call 2013_800_01 New When we issue a 650_04 we pull the meter for a non-pay disconnect. The action code in the BGN line is S2. The CR's are wanting us to put a R8 as the action code so that their system will automatically trigger an 814_24. We are disconnecting for non-pay and not because the customer called for disconnect. (which in that case would be the R8 action code) We would like the CR's to understand that Muni-Coop guidelines are different than the IOU guidelines. We think it will be beneficial to all if the gray box explained that the CR needs to submit an 814_24 if a 650_04 reconnect for non-pay has not been received in 5 business days or in accordance with Retail Market Guide. 2013_801_01 New The AMS opt out substantive rule 25.133 has been approved and requires the TDUs to bill the monthly Opt Out fee to the REP of RECORD. 7. Issues 134: Non-CSA CR sends a MVO with the indicator for bypass CSA at ERCOT. Non CSA CR is not always the owner of the CSA, causing the ESI ID to become de-energized without CSA CRs knowledge.
