Review of Economic Outage Evaluation - Other ISOs What are other ISOs doing/contemplating? Elements that comprise the evaluation? What is being optimized? What is studied to determine the conclusions? What types of outage sequencing occur - is there outage queuing? What metrics to other ISOs have in place? Are there penalties for not adhering to calendar? How are they imposed?
