- 10:00 AM Kyle Patrick-Reliant Energy Introductions Approval of January Minutes Antitrust AdmonitionERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings. Report on the TMLTDSPs were interested in finding out if the process would be consistent with what is in place today for ERCOT reporting 008/SBD exceptions. Review proposed TX SET Change Control ProceduresRedlined version was sent out with the January TX SET meeting information.
- 3:00 PM TX SET Discussion Developing discretionary chargesWe are trying to develop a process on charging CRs for discretionary charges. I am assuming that we will use the 810_02 but we are not sure how to indicate that the charge is to the CR and not the customer.
